BONDHOLDERS’ INFORMATION SITE
Bank Indonesia has requested Lynchpin Bondholder Management to contact the holders of USD and EUR denominated Indonesia´s Sovereign Bonds, in order to comply with certain reporting obligations in accordance with article 12 of Indonesian Law 24/2002 on Sovereign Debt Securities (SUN). This review will also serve to facilitate communications and the timely distribution of future information to our investors.
Accordingly, Bank Indonesia is hereby requesting that bondholders disclose information pertaining to their current nominal position to Lynchpin Bondholder Management.
Please note that any and all information received will be treated by the issuer, Bank Indonesia and Lynchpin Bondholder Management as strictly confidential and will be exclusively used for the compliance with the above referenced purposes.
