REQUEST FOR DISCLOSURE OF SECURITY HOLDINGS INFORMATION
NOTEHOLDER INFORMATION SITE
The Company has engaged Lynchpin to compile an updated list of the holders of the Notes issued by The Company (the “Holders”) in order to further communications with holders and to ensure holders receive timely information regarding the restructuring that may affect the value of their Notes.
The Company therefore requests that the Holders disclose their identities and holdings as at 8 March 2021 (the “Record Date”) to the Information Agent.
The information is requested at beneficial owner level and should be submitted by 5:00 pm Hong Kong time, 31 March 2021.
