REQUEST FOR DISCLOSURE OF SECURITY HOLDINGS INFORMATION
NOTEHOLDER INFORMATION SITE
Blue Ocean and Azion Bao have engaged Lynchpin Bondholder Management Limited (the “Identification Agent”) to compile an updated list of the holders of the Securities respectively issued by Blue Ocean and Azion Bao (the “Holders”) in order to facilitate future communications with the Holders and provide the Holders with important information that may affect the value of their Securities. Blue Ocean therefore requests that the Holders disclose their identities and holdings as at 24 November 2020 (the “Record Date”) to the Identification Agent.
The information is requested at beneficial owner level and should be submitted by 5:00 pm Singapore time, 17 December 2020.
Blue Ocean has retained Lynchpin Bondholder Management as Identification Agent in connection with the Bondholder Identification.
